A striking  and tortous road which requires care, but that will reward your zeal with landscapes where the beauty of  nature completely absorbs you, and climbes from Gargnano on the lake of Garda to Valvestino.
28 km authentical surprises separating the crowded strands of the lake of Garda from this quiet valley recognized by the European Union as “Place of Communitair interest”.
An iter suggesting  unexpected landscapes besides a vegetation passing gradually from oleanders and olive trees, typically of mediterranean areas, to durmast and mannash woods, and even to beeches, maples and Scotch pines up to the high pastures.
Green inlets and steepy rocks intersect and are reflected in the artificial lake of Valvestino formed up by the big dam built in 1962.
Pahts and courses of great sight and naturalistical  interest, but eve historical and military  are well signed  and they mark out its characteristics.
Visiting the few hamlets composing the two villages is a really pleasant discovery. The small town of Valvestino is composed by hamlets Turano-Armo-Moerna-Persone and Bollone, that of Magasa by Magasa and Cadria.
