SKI AREA GAVERLAND

At about 10 km far away from Bagolino you can find the wonderful ski-resort
of Gaverland, at 1500 mt height, in the Natural Park of the Adamello.

The Gaver is a quiet resort, which particularly takes care of families and
children/guys needs with a fittings and ski runs system all linked to one
another, just what you need if you want to ski in complete relax.

The ski area of Gaverland has got 15 km of ski-tourism runs and 5 km track for
cross-country ski, extending inside a natural and unique backstage at the
foot of the Blumone Mountain (2900mt).

Runs of every niveau and  difficulty, with charming tracks, always
available and snow-clad, within ski novices' reach,but can also be
enjoyable for the experts ski-runners.

The Misa, above all the others, is worth to be mentioned, a high difficulty
run very appreciated by the more skiing experts and surfers.
Ski runners can make use of 5 ski-lifts, a snowpark, a ski-tourism school,
ski and snowboards rent, refuges and malgas where you might taste the
finest local products.

The Gaver gives you the possibility to practiceall those alternative
activities to the ski-tourism like snowboard, the walkings with the
“ciaspole”, or snow-shoes, nordic walkings, the climbing of the ice falls,
ski-tourism, carving and off the slopes skiing, with long and well
snow-coverd tracks.

Furthermore every year the cross-country ski ring host the Italian Sleddog
Championship, arranged by the Pro Loco of Bagolino.
