1. Please fill up the availability/booking request form that you find when click “prenota/book” key. It is very important that every space should be filled in as we are able to give you a complete and satisfying reply.

2. Within 24 hours from your request Eridio Holiday will give you a reply regarding hotel availability with detailed quotation.

 

3. Your acceptance our offer is only upon an account of 25% of entire quotation per person the settlement is fixed 30 days before arrival.

         

4. When we receive the reservation's settlement we send by fax/e-mail a voucher that explains the reserved and paid services.

         

5. We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron through PayPal, the safe and free payment system of ebay. On our confirmation e-mail you will find the link for paying through credit card.
