THE LAKE AND ITS SORROUNDINGS

 
Eridio Holiday welcome you in the marvellous setting of the Lake of Idro and its surroundings.
The lake of Idro is the smallest of the three lakes of the district of Brescia, but it's the only one which was able to keep intact its atmospehere and hospitality of once.
It's since long time well known the realm of windsurf , Kitesurf, sailing and rowing  , thanks to its constant winds and the complete absence of  bigger motorboat, besides a non relevant wave-motion.
Furthermore, its water is the favourite destination  of many fishers and bathers owing to its pleasant temperature and the easy access to its spaceful strands.

The top of the mountains, reflecting in the lake, are easily attainable by foot, thanks to the well-marked panoramic paths.
The area suggest, in fact, lots of excursion suitable for all niveaus, from the simple and realxing outing  to the more demanding  one, til climbing.

Sport lord it in every in every season: form the aquatic sports to the winter ones such as descent, snowboarding and cross-country skiing and many others in the charming backdrop of the Gaver and of the Maniva, less than 20 min. faraway from the lake by car.
